How To Buy

Please exam pictures and read all descriptions / instructions carefully so you understand the condition of the item and what accessory will be included in the package. Manufacturer’s specifications and editor’s reviews may be available for some items – these are for reference only and should not be taken as representation of the condition of the item for sale. If you have questions, feel free to contact us by e-mail.

Price for each item, the cost of shipping & handling for that particular item are specified in the item description.

Insurance is usually optional at a small extra cost. For a few selected products, we do require insurance, and will specify it in item description. We recommend that you select insurance to protect yourself, as we are NOT responsible for damages or losses during shipping. Our charge for shipping insurance is as follows: $2.50 for the first $100; add $1.00 for each additional $100.

Payment Method

We accept cash, money order, cashier’s check, and PayPal (restrictions apply for PayPal payment: you must have a PayPal-confirmed address). We do not process credit card payment directly at this time.

When you are ready to buy, go to your PayPal account (www.paypal.com) and send your payment to uscooltech@hotmail.com. You must enter the title of the item exactly as listed in the title or comments section of your PayPal payment. Items paid for through PayPal will be shipped to the confirmed address showing on the PayPal transaction page.

If paying by money order or cashier’s check, please ask us for a payment address. Include with your payment the title of the item exactly as listed.

We process and ship quickly -- usually on the next business day after payment is cleared.


Terms and Conditions

The decision to enter into a transaction with the seller constitutes buyer’s agreement to all terms of sale, including, but are not limited to, item description, instruction, and our policy regarding purchases, payment, shipping & handling, returns and exchanges.

All items are sold AS IS, unless otherwise stated. Therefore, please exam the picture(s) and read all descriptions / instructions carefully. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine a product’s compatibility with other products. The seller makes no guarantee regarding the compatibility of any item sold on this website.

Payment

We sell to buyers in United States, Canada, Europe and Australia only. We accept cash, money order or cashier’s check. PayPal payment is also accepted for buyers with confirmed address only. Items paid for through PayPal will be shipped to the confirmed addresses showing on the PayPal transaction page. We do not process credit card payment directly.

Shipping

We do not use a standard Shipping & Handling chart. This charge varies depending on the specific item, and is clearly stated under each item. We charge a flat rate for shipping & handling regardless of the actual cost. We trust that all buyers will consider the total cost when making purchasing decisions. If you do not agree with our shipping charge and policy, please do not order.

We do combine shipping – please ask us for a modified S&H charge when your order contains multiple items.

Returns & Exchanges

If there is a problem with your order upon receipt, please contact us immediately. Exchanges or returns will be considered only if we sent you the wrong item, or if the item is significantly different from the described condition. But first, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery. Shipping & handling charges are nonrefundable.

We are not responsible if a brand-new product is defective. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty information, replacement or service.
